Refund and Returns Policy
Please contact us immediately via email if you experience any issues with your order. On average, flowers last between 3–7 days, depending on the variety and care provided.
Flowers are a perishable product, and different flower types naturally have different lifespans. Some varieties are more delicate than others and may be affected by environmental factors.
Proper aftercare is essential to maximize the longevity of your flowers. If your flowers perish within 48 hours of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all provided care instructions were followed, ROOT to STUDIO will be happy to offer either a replacement bouquet or a refund.
ROOT to STUDIO reserves the right to request clear photographs of the original bouquet to verify the condition of the flowers. External factors such as weather conditions, room temperature, and placement within the home can significantly affect flower lifespan.
Every bouquet undergoes a quality control check before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our standards.
Any dissatisfaction with an order must be reported to our team within 48 hours of the delivery date. If photographic proof is not provided within this timeframe, ROOT to STUDIO reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement.
If the recipient receives damaged or sub-standard flowers, please contact us immediately so we can arrange one of the following:
A replacement on the next available delivery date, or
A full refund
Requests made after the 48-hour period may be reviewed at our discretion; however, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements.
Approved refunds or redeliveries are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
